Review Data: When you submit a workplace review, we collect the information you provide, such as the company name, your role, location, and the content of your review. This data is linked to your user ID for accountability, but your personal identifying information (like your email) is never displayed publicly with the review.
Contact Data: When you use our contact forms (in the footer or for partnerships), we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

All personal data is collected directly from you when you voluntarily fill out forms on our Platform.

Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
To create and manage your user account.
To facilitate the mentorship matching process between mentors and mentees.
To manage, moderate, and display workplace reviews.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use Google’s Firebase platform to securely host our website, database, and file storage. Your data is stored within this secure infrastructure.
Mentorship Matching: To facilitate a successful match, information from your application may be shared with a potential mentor or mentee. We will always seek your explicit consent before sharing sensitive documents like a CV.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law under the jurisdiction of Kenya. In such cases, we will strive to protect user anonymity to the fullest extent legally possible.
