Mentors are LGBTQ+ professionals and allies from diverse sectors across Africa who are committed to advancing queer talent. They bring career experience, industry insight, and leadership perspective to support mentees in achieving professional growth, expanding their networks, and stepping confidently into positions of influence.

3. How often do mentorship sessions happen?

That’s up to you and your mentor. Some pairs meet monthly, others less frequently. We encourage consistency but leave the schedule flexible based on your needs.
